Indra Rockar, the current chief editor at IDEM, will take over for Roman Oehler as part of a generational shift in leadership at IDEM.
Combined with a change in personnel at the top, the organizational structure was streamlined to create even flatter hierarchies and shorter decision-making processes. As a result, IDEM achieves even greater flexibility and responsiveness towards its customers and business partners.
In addition to continuous process improvements, Ms. Rockar will mainly focus on making IDEM even more customer-oriented.
The entire team at IDEM would like to thank Mr. Oehler for his many years of faithful collaboration. Mr. Oehler will remain at IDEM and, in addition to filling in for Ms. Rockar, he will be head of Consulting & Services and also provide assistance to the entire team with his wealth of experience.
