Information security requirements are constantly growing, especially when it comes to handling sensitive data. To meet high industry standards and continue to optimise internal IT processes, IDEM underwent and successfully completed a TISAX audit. IDEM can now offer its customers even greater data processing security with a TISAX-compliant design of the work processes.
TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) is a testing and exchange mechanism created by the VDA’s (German Association of the Automotive Industry) “Information Security” working group. The audit is conducted based on the VDA-adopted requirement catalogue for information security (VDA ISA), which is based on fundamental aspects of ISO/IEC 27001. Furthermore, TISAX allows for the exchange of test results with registered participants, thereby creating a transparent basis of comparison when selecting new service providers, among other things.
