This year, we received the Tekom Dokupreis together with Fahrzeugwerk Bernard KRONE GmbH.
As part of an ongoing project, documentation for a commercial vehicle axle was designed for various target audiences, and it was also implemented in the form of 3D instructional videos and non-verbal instructions in addition to an operating manual. In collaboration with the customer, operating manuals were created with the objective of making them legally sound and easy to understand. During the finalization process, the idea was conceived to submit an instruction manual for a trailer axle with drum brake to the annual Tekom Dokupreis for assessment. The Gesellschaft für Technische Kommunikation – tekom Deutschland e.V. gave the instructions a very positive assessment and thus, we won the Tekom Dokupreis. We are among the few prize holders and are exceptionally proud of the result.
