Our translation department has successfully completed the audit for converting the certification from DIN EN 15038 to ISO 17100. With this certification, IDEM offers even greater process reliability in producing translations.
ISO 17100 is an international standard for translation services that establishes requirements for translation creation processes, thereby defining an international quality standard. The standard not only focuses on the suitability of the translators and proofreaders, but also on the qualification of the project managers and people involved in the process. Furthermore, secure handling of project-related customer information is also part of the standard.
